Free Local Pickup

If you’re in the Melbourne area free local pickup is available. Select “Free Local Pickup ONLY” at Checkout. If you choose this option I’ll be in touch to arrange a day and time for pickup from the studio. Weekdays and weekends are generally available for Pickup.

Studio Do is located in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia. Pick up your goodies and take a walk along the beach while you’re here!

AUD$10 Flat rate per order Australia wide.

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post.

Allow up to 4 business days before item is sent and tracking details are sent to your email.

AUD$20 Flat rate per order for International shipping

For international shipping please contact us through our contact page and we can organise a shipping cost estimate.

Studio Do is not responsible for any taxes or charges associated with goods entering the buyer’s country.

Returns

I take great care in packing my items but in the unlikely event of the piece being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact me within 24 hours of receiving.

My products are handmade and so variation in finish and form is inevitable. If you receive an item from me that is faulty or not as described, bring this to my attention within 24 hours of receiving the item so that I can make steps to either replace the item or refund the cost.
